We are so excited about this premiere: For the very first time, in March 2023, we will offer our Yoga & Surf Immerion in Sri Lanka, the island that we fell in love with years ago already.
During this inspiring week of the Jivamukti Yoga & Surf retreat we want to create a space that helps you to reconnect with yourself, with something higher as well with a group of likeminded souls by the Indian Ocean.
Each day starts with this energizing ritual: A Jivamukti Yoga Open Class, with Meditation
and Chanting, as well as enriched with a theme from the Yoga Philosophy,
which will accompany you throughout the day and during the journey to yourself.
The evenings are going to fade out with a and centering Yin-Yoga-Practice,
which will help you to relax and to become more flexibel at the same time.
It also prevents aching – especially after a day full of activities.
There will be also one night with Yoga Nidra.
What we talk about when we talk about yoga:
This week will give a deeper insight into the Yoga Philosophy as we dive into the Yoga Sutras as well as into the Bhagavad Gita.
Bothe inspiring scriptures that inspired Yoga practitioners on their journey,
as well as famous people like Hermann Hesse, Mahatma Gandhi, Schopenauer, CG Jung and more…
And because we love Bhakti so much, we will have Kirtans at night for sure:
Here we are going to chant with the whole group, which releases an amazing energy, that connects us with each other and something higher.
No matter if you´re at the beginning of your Yoga path or an advanced Practictioner –
